Below sales- and terms of delivery for all items from the webshop. These conditions are relevant if. there has been no alternative written agreements between you as the customer and the webshop. 

Documentation and instructions
If there is a product description and user guide for an item these will follow the delivery from the webshop. If you wish further information or advice from our side let us know.

Delivery time and transport
Delivery of products from the webshop is finalised when the customer receives his/her product. Products are delivered either by post or by shipping company.
When you order a product you are able to see delivery time before you confirm your order. If you  pay on-line: Paymemt for your order will not be withdrawn until the item is sent from the webshop.

Responsability for product
You are  responsable for the product from the moment it is delivered to you from the webshop.

Reclaims
Damaged or faulty products from the webshop should be reported in fair time after you discover the item is not as it should be. It  is your responsability to in detail explain the fault and how it could have happened. If  you discover a fault you should inform the webshop as soon as you do. You can only respond on faults that occur with-in the first year from when you pruchase your product. For products with best before dates it is only possible up to this date, the webshop has put you in mind.

Price and payment
In the webshop you can pay by cash on delivery or with credit card online with  Mastercard or Eurocard. All prices in the webshop are including VAT. We take responsability for printing errors and price changes in the webshop.

Delivery costs are added when you choose for way of delivery and will then be included in the final price.

The webshop offer 14 days return on all products, from the day you receive the product. If you regret the purchase you should notify the webshop as soon as you receive the item. You are then obliged to return the pruduct in the same condition you received it in. You should cover the return postage costs.

VAT
All given prices in the webshop include VAT.

Postage and mailing costs
When you order from the webshop the delivery costs are added to your price and this cost depends on your order, and therefore included in the total amount
